  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing parts will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For the safety and hygiene of our customers, certain items are non-returnable:

  • Personal care and beauty products.

  • Items bought during a "Clearance Sale" or "Final Sale."

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse.

3. How to Start a Return

  2. Proof of Condition: We highly recommend recording an unboxing video when you receive your package. This helps us process your request faster in case of damages.

  3. Shipping Back: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item to our warehouse in Lahore. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refund Method: For COD orders, refunds are processed via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash within 5-7 working days after approval.

5. Exchanges for Damaged Goods

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit.

  • Please report any damage within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence.
