To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing parts will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For the safety and hygiene of our customers, certain items are non-returnable:

Items bought during a "Clearance Sale" or "Final Sale."

Shipping Back: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item to our warehouse in Lahore. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Method: For COD orders, refunds are processed via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash within 5-7 working days after approval.
